The singular purpose of an unclaimed benefit fund is to trace the members/beneficiaries and pay out the benefit, while limiting the associated costs in the process.  To assist with that, we offer beneficiary tracing to entities or establishments. It could be a spouse, child or a relative. We use databases and top search engines that yield the best results.  We have an experienced team of field agents that can conduct physical tracing and assist in getting some documents signed. We help in the expedition of the benefit pay-outs as we obtain documentation, we trace and let the beneficiary complete documents.  We then conduct quality checks and return the documents to the entity/establishment for the benefit to be paid.

We also offer physical and desktop tracing of individuals to or witnesses needed in particular cases or matters.

We offer company/business tracing services where we search to establish the legality of entities/establishments, members, directors, registration number, address and  contact details.  We can also establish if  the entity/establishment is operational or dormant.  We can check the  entity/establishment’s legal status, credit status, or liquidated and the liquidator’s contact details, name, and year. Some businesses operating as sole proprietors can also be traced and complete and verified details reported back to clients.

Employment Trace

This will provide the client with information like employment status, employee number, occupation, physical address, contact numbers, gender, employment date, HR person, emails etc. depending on the client’s needs.
